Mad World Out There!

Its about time I was given a bit more responsibility at work. I mean its been more than 6 months, and I was beginning to lose interest in the work I do, primarily because most of it was shuffling papers around and not getting to witness the actual turnaround from the papers I was shuffling. So without much ruffling of my own features, things seem to be working out. Allah shukr. I am glad when things work themselves out without my having to confront people on a one to one basis. Basically, I hate such confrontations since I cannot go around flaunting what I know and what I can do, so proving as such seems pointless to me, when people could actually witness them as such, by themselves. Yet, confrontations are my forte. I can confront when need arises, just that I am not fond of it.

On a digressive note, I am terribly hungry and rambling about since today is a lazy day of sorts. Lets see what good comes out from today.

yes, I created these blogs because they are a precursor to my new business plan. I have another blog, which needs updating, so once I have done that, I shall put that up as well, which is again a part of my business plan, my copywriting and PR consultancy.

It does not matter who you are. Nor does it matter what you do. The only thing that matters is what others think who you are and what you do. Perceptions are the only thing that work. Other than that, your thinking, your logic, your imagination and your concepts are never right, never for others, never for people to listen to and accept. Acceptability is a foreign concept, people care for themselves, and for what they think about others. Their concept about you is not you, its about their thinking about you. If you don’t blend in, you stand out, you are not different, but weird, not interesting, but a foreign parasite. People take decisions for you, because they think that is the best that could happen to you, and you are not only not allowed to think, but not allowed to tend for yourself either. Your capability to think, to reach a decision and to create goals is incapacitated.  Your wounds, your smiles, your tears are not your own. Just inflicted by you, on yourself. Each day puffs away in wisps of smoke as you open your eyes to the new morning and imagine how the day would go by. And the day is whisked away from you by others who have more capacity to think for others than their own selves. What am I thinking, I don’t know. Maybe someone does. And maybe they would tell me what I should think. And maybe they’ll tell me what decisions to take. And maybe they’ll help me figure out my life’s pieces, one by one.
